  • Do you want a numbered company or named company?
  • First name, middle initial and last name of each person(s) that will be issued company shares.
  • What percentage of shares will each owner receive?
  • Will the shareholders receive Voting or Non-Voting shares?
  • Who will be the Director(s)?
  • Who will be President?  Vice-President? Treasurer? Secretary?
  • Who is responsible for the Accounting?  Accountant?  Officer(s)? Director(s)?
  • What Bank (and address) will your business maintain a business account with?
  • Who will have signing authority?
  • Who will be able to sign and issue cheques?  One person only? Multiple persons?
  • What is the Address of all the Directors?
  • What is the Street Address of the Corporation?
  • Is each of the Directors a Canadian?  If no, what is their status in Canada?

Fees & Disbursements:

  • Numbered Company:  $150 + $225 corporate registry fee + GST = $397.50
  • Named Company: $150 + $250 corporate registry fee + GST = $424.00
  • Fee covers registration of Incorporation, NUANS (for named company), and Minute Book.
