*This Guarantee is void if:
- you have outstanding charges / warrants / suspended drivers’ license
- you have not satisfied a sentence such as:
- probation;
- conditional sentence; or
- unpaid fines/restitution/victim fine surcharge
- you fail to meet the ‘good conduct criteria’
- you have been under investigation for criminal activity within the past 3 to 5 years;
- you are known to Police to be associating with criminals, organized crime or terrorist groups;
- have committed an offence involving any Civic, Provincial or Federal Act within the past 3 to 5 years; or
- have been involved in a dispute that involved police intervention
- do not meet eligibility requirements.

- in cases where court documents must be submitted in support of your application, you have not satisfied a sentence such as:
- probation;
- conditional sentence; or
- unpaid fines/restitution/victim fine surcharge
- you are known to Police to be associating with criminals, organized crime or terrorist groups
- you committed a criminal offence within the past 5 years
- you violated U.S. Immigration laws within the past 5 years
- we remove obstacles affecting your inadmissibility such that you no longer need a Waiver
- you are deemed to be a high risk applicant (ie. You have drug charges related to cultivation or drug trafficking, lengthy history of violence, or sex crimes).
NOTE: if one of the above conditions exist, it does not mean that your Application for Waiver will be refused. It means that there will be a greater burden to prove rehabilitation and that humanitarian and compassionate grounds exist sufficient enough to warrant the granting of a Waiver.
